The Southland premier screening of Shift Change will be followed by a panel discussion with the filmmakers, Melissa Young and Mark Dworkin. Faculty and guest speaker experts in labor relations and workplace will join the filmmakers to discuss the larger global and social workplace and employment issues that the film raises. This will be followed by an open dialogue with the audience and networking reception over refreshments.
