Mental Health and Wellness
- Staff and Faculty Counseling Center – Offers online advice & telehealth counseling sessions for staff and faculty, as well as their families and significant others. The center is open during regular business hours and can be reached at 310-794-0245
- UCLA Spanish Speaking Psychosocial Clinic – Offers culturally responsive, bilingual, and bicultural mental health service for the underserved Latino/x community of Los Angeles County (including Faculty, Staff and Students)

- Semel Healthy Campus Initiative Center at UCLA – A campus-wide effort to draw upon UCLA’s world renowned research and teaching, to find new and innovative ways to promote a culture of physical, emotional, and social well-being through 7 thematic workgroups (called Pods)
- UCLA Recreation’s FitWell Program offers several fitness and well-being programs for faculty and staff
- Bruin MindFit Free four-week course that instructs participants in effective stress management techniques, including meditation, breathing, basic yoga, relaxation, walking and everyday mindfulness
- FitZones Drop-in fitness classes offered several times a day through Facebook Live and Instagram Live

Student in Crisis
- Red Folder – Assisting Bruin in Distress; Faculty and Staff Crisis Guide; When in Doubt, Reach Out and Refer
- Refer a student to a Case Manager: available to assist student’s struggling with mental or physical health, facing an unexpected challenge or crisis, or experiencing a personal loss.
- Identify a student to the Economic Crisis Response Team (ECRT): provides support and guidance to students experiencing a financial crisis that impacts their academic success at UCLA.
