DACA Decision 2020
In September 2017, the University of California became the first university system to sue the Department of Homeland Security for its rescission of DACA. More recently, on June 18, 2020, the U.S. Supreme Court ruling on DACA reaffirmed the UC principles of open and equal access to higher education for students of all backgrounds.
